There's so much pressure on each of us to add meditation to our daily routine. Nothing in wellness should feel like a chore, if it does I would question the actual benefit it is making in our lives.

Meditation is wonderful with a long list of benefits but it's not all about sitting still. I believe in making the small routine things we do daily into little rituals and meditations. Making what we do 'do' feel good instead of feeling like we've failed because we didn't sit for 20 minutes each day. I adore these beautiful alternative meditation suggestions by llleighsmith
