Are sessions in person?
Currently all sessions are online via Skype. I ask that you are familiar with setting it up and knowing how it works prior to the session so you can get the most of your time with me. Please make sure you are somewhere with a good WiFi connection.
what happens if I have to cancel my session?
I understand that life happens and sometimes unexpected things occur. Sessions cancelled 24 hours BEFORE the agreed session will be rescheduled to another date / time suitable for both parties. Less than 24 hours of the scheduled time and this may incur a charge.

You may want to take notes or record the session on your phone as there will be a lot of information to process. Any information exchanged in the session must NOT be published or shared with any third parties without prior consent of all parties (myself and you, the client).
Payments for sessions must be made as soon as a booking date / time is confirmed. This can either be done via Bank transfer or PayPal. Details of which will be shared at the time of booking.
I reserve the right to change the price of sessions at any time.
All of the information you share with me is completely confidential and will not be shared without your consent. In any case where information needs to be shared*, permission will always be sought out prior to doing so.
If during our consultation there is anything (physical or emotional symptoms) that I feel may require medical investigation or support then I have the right to cancel any further consultations and advise that medical advice by sought out immediately.
If any information has been shared by you (the client) that I feel puts yourself or another person / persons at risk then I waiver the right to share information with any appropriate professional bodies.
